It governs data we collect directly from you, automatically from your device or browser, and indirectly through third parties.

We are licensed to operate and collect data from users in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kentucky, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington. This policy is designed to comply with relevant state-specific regulations and applicable federal privacy laws.

Information We Collect

We collect a range of personal and non-personal information based on your relationship with us. Personal information includes data that identifies or is reasonably capable of being associated with you. This may include your name, address, phone number, email address, driver’s license number, Social Security number, payment details, or unique identifiers like IP address or mobile device ID. Depending on the service or product, we may also collect demographic characteristics such as date of birth, gender, marital status, citizenship status, and insurance or claims history. Sensitive personal information we collect may include health information, biometric data, precise geolocation, or financial login credentials when required for insurance underwriting, policy servicing, or regulatory compliance.

In addition to information you provide directly, such as when you apply for a policy, request a quote, or contact customer service, we collect information automatically through your browser, mobile app usage, and interactions with our website. This may include details about your device, browsing behavior, cookies, and other tracking technologies. We also obtain personal information from external sources including state motor vehicle departments, consumer reporting agencies, insurance industry databases, law enforcement agencies, affiliated service providers, and sometimes from your family members or authorized representatives.

We may use third-party analytics services and tools, such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel, to understand how visitors interact with our website and improve user experience. These services may collect data such as page views, IP address, browser type, mouse movements, or click activity. We do not permit third parties to use this data for their own purposes beyond contracted business support.

How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect to provide, maintain, and service your insurance policies and related products. This includes processing applications, verifying your identity, underwriting risk, facilitating payments, managing claims, offering support, and fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations. We also use your information to improve our business operations, personalize your experience, evaluate website performance, and identify opportunities for product development.

If you contact us for a quote or service, we may use your personal information to communicate with you about available coverage options, send policy updates, and deliver customer support. With your express consent where required, we may also send promotional messages regarding our products or services that we believe may be relevant to your interests.

We use sensitive personal information solely for legitimate business purposes, including underwriting policies, verifying identity, preventing fraud, complying with legal obligations, and ensuring network and data security. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics for marketing purposes without your consent.
